Growing up in beautiful Sicily, Italy, Sandra has always been passionate about authentic Italian cusine, learning all the traditional Sicilian dishes from her Grandmother. It has always been a dream that when Sandra and her parents migrated to Sydney, Australia that she would continue to follow her passion and love of cooking Italian cusine. The Star dish is her handmade Arancini perfected in Sicily and introduced to Sydney.  

After having worked as a cook a longstanding Italian Restaurant for over 30 years, Sandra felt it was time for a change of scenery, by offering handmade Arancini and other fine Italian food, to Sydneysiders. 

 

Our Arancini are handmade daily, using only the finest local produce. Once the Arancini are made they are either vacuum sealed and frozen for home cooking or are cooked and delivered.  We offer the highest quality authentic Arancini at a very competetive price with personailsed door to door service.
